Chelsea have reportedly held talks with three interested parties as Roman Abramovich considers selling the Premier League club in a £2.5billion deal.
A bid was reported to have been made last year for Chelsea by Britain’s richest man, Sir Jim Ratclifffe, who made his fortune in the chemicals industry, while there is also interest from US and Asian-based finance groups according to the Mail.
Abramovich, who purchased the club in a £140m deal back in 2003, is not believed to have attended any Chelsea games since being denied a visa in May 2018.
He did not purchase a corporate box at the start of the season either, something he has not done since 2011.
