Tottenham target Ryan Sessegnon tells Fulham he will NOT sign new contract
Tottenham have been put on red alert after it emerged Fulham teenager Ryan Sessegnon will not be signing a new deal with the club.
Sessegnon, 19, has one year left on his contract with the Cottagers, who were relegated from the Premier League last season.
FULL STORY
Tottenham have released goalkeeper Michel Vorm following the expiration of his contract.
Vorm, 35, joined Spurs from Swansea in July 2014 and was primarily a back-up keeper to Hugo Lloris.
The Dutchman made 47 appearances across all competitions for the north Londoners.
Tottenham have signed Notts County teenager Kion Etete following a successful trial.
The 17-year-old forward has been playing regular games for Spurs' development squad.
He has impressed for the north London club to make a bid for the player.
Notts County, who were relegated to the National League, confirmed the news on Friday.
Conflicting reports seem to be coming out of Portugal with regards to Bruno Fernandes' transfer.
A Bola claimed that Man United were winning the race for the Sporting Lisbon midfielder.
However, Correio da Manhã, claim that Tottenham are willing to outbid their rivals.
One thing they do all seem to agree on is that Fernandes' agent will be in London to try and strike a deal.
Ryan Sessegnon is understood to be desperate to join Spurs.
The Fulham winger looks destined to be on the move in the summer with a host of Europe's top clubs chasing his signature.
The Guardian report that Sessegnon has his heart set on a move to Tottenham.
The report also mentions that Fulham are seeking £45million for the player while the north London club are looking for a deal in the region of £25million.
Reports in Spain suggest Christian Eriksen's potential switch to Real Madrid has cooled.
Eriksen said in an interview this week that he wanted to leave Tottenham.
Madrid was the most likely destination but believe the fee Daniel Levy would charge them to be too much.
Newspaper Sport report that Eriksen is 'threatens to renew' his contract with the north London club if the LaLiga club do not show they are genuinely serious about signing him.
Vincent Janssen looks set to return to Fenerbache this summer.
The Spurs striker has been expected to leave the club for some time and the Turkish club were always keen on bringing him back.
TRT Spor journalist Fatih Dogan has claimed the deal is very close to being announced.
Dogan said: “Fenerbahce held talks with Vincent Janssen and his representatives. He is coming back to Fenerbahce.”
Harry Kane admitted his defeats in the Champions League final and Nations League semi-final will hurt over the summer.
“Whenever you lose finals and semi-finals it hurts and unfortunately, you think about it for a while,” Kane said after England's 3-1 defeat to the Netherlands.
“I and the other (Spurs) lads will take this into the summer and the time off.
“It is important we try and refresh and recharge as much as we can, then come back for pre-season next month.
“It will still hurt. I will carry these losses over the summer. But it is what it is, it’s football, it’s a sport. Will it spur me on for next season? Of course. All I can do is try and learn from it. As a professional athlete that’s all you can do.”
Tottenham are set to miss out on Bruno Fernandes because they have not offered as much as Manchester United.
Both Premier League clubs were thought to be chasing the Sporting Lisbon midfielder.
A Bola claim that United have offered £10million more than Spurs and Fernandes' agent has flown to the UK to try and help the transfer along.
Manchester United are set to renew their interest in Tottenham midfielder Eric Dier, according to The Times.
Dier was a target for the Red Devils when Jose Mourinho was in charge but they opted to sign Nemanja Matic instead.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer also has Declan Rice on his list of targets.
It is thought that Spurs would be more willing to let Dier go than West Ham would be to letting Rice leave.
Tottenham could sign Paris Saint-Germain forward Julian Draxler as a replacement for Christian Eriksen.
Eriksen has been linked with moves to Real Madrid and Inter Milan after admitting he wants to leave Spurs this summer.
And, according to the Daily Star, PSG are hoping to take advantage by offering Germany international Draxler to the Premier League club if the Danish star leaves.
The French champions need to sell players to comply with FFP rules this summer and Draxler is one of the players they are reportedly willing to cash in on.
Tottenham have been linked with making a player-plus-cash deal to sign Everton defender Lucas Digne, which would see Danny Rose move the other way.
Mauricio Pochettino is a big fan of the French defender, who won Everton’s Player of the Year in his debut season following his £18m move from Barcelona.
The Toffees would be willing to sell for twice that price this summer, but the Daily Star claim they have made an alternative offer to Spurs.
Everton have previously been linked with an interest in Rose, and have told Spurs they would be willing to part with Digne if they can bring the England left-back to Goodison Park.
James Maddison is set to snub interest from Tottenham, as he wants to stay at Leicester.
Spurs and Manchester United are reportedly preparing £60m bids for the England Under 21s midfielder, who contributed seven goals and seven assists for the Foxes in the Premier League this season.
But, according to the Daily Mail, Maddison is keen to stay at the King Power Stadium following the arrival of manager Brendan Rodgers.
It is claimed he could even sign a contract extension to commit his future to the former Premier League champions.
Tottenham's hopes of signing Florian Grillitsch appear to be over as he has signed a new contract with Hoffenheim.
Spurs were thought to be tracking the midfielder after an impressive season in the Bundesliga.
He also had a release clause of just £18million making him an attractive prospect.
Grillitsch has committed his future to Hoffenheim until 2022 with the new deal.
Spurs are reportedly involved in a three-way race for Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes.
Newspaper Record say the north London club are in for the 24-year-old along with Manchester United and Liverpool.
The paper also says Fernandes' agent is travelling to London, which suggests he could be meeting with interested parties.
Virgil van Dijk believes Harry Kane's lack of fitness held him back in the Champions League final.
Kane did not play for several weeks before the final in Madrid, which Tottenham lost 2-0.
“Harry Kane is a fantastic striker, I think one of the best in England. And I think he's definitely the best striker England have for the national team,” Van Dijk told a pre-match news conference ahead of the Netherlands' match with England.
“But I also know that if you're not 100 per cent fit, then it's going to be in your head if you get a little knock or you pass and you get a little bit of pain.
“It's going to be in your head, so obviously I expected him to play the final, but I knew he was not going to be 100 per cent.
“I don't know if he's playing tomorrow, but if he is, then we'll see how we're going to manage.”
Tottenham target Nabil Fekir could be available for as little as £15million in the summer.
According to FootRadio in France, the Lyon forward could be available for a cut price deal because he has just a year left on his contract.
Spurs are one of a number of clubs who have been linked with Fekir and that low price tag may put a few more teams on red alert.
Real Madrid president Florentino Perez reportedly views Christian Eriksen as 'the cheaper option' this transfer window.
The LaLiga club have been linked with a move for the Tottenham midfielder, who confirmed this week that he wanted to leave.
Newspaper Sport claim that Perez views Eriksen as a cheaper option to signing Manchester United's Paul Pogba.
How much cheaper remains to be seen, though, as Levy has reportedly slapped an £80million price tag on the Denmark international.
L'Equipe appear to be very keen on linking Spurs to plenty of Ligue 1 players on Thursday.
They are now reporting that there are a number of clubs interested in Lyon midfielder Tanguy Ndombele but 'particularly Tottenham'.
The north London club have been consistently linked with the midfielder but they are said to not be the only Premier League club who are considering a bid.
Tottenham could be beaten to the signing of Lille winger Nicolas Pepe.
L'Equipe are reporting that Inter Milan are the first to make their move with a £62million offer.
The door has still been left open for both Spurs and Liverpool, though, as the Ligue 1 club are believed to be holding out for £70million.
Tottenham are battling Man United and Arsenal to sign Turkey defender Ozan Kabak.
The centre-back is likely to leave Stuttgart this summer following their relegation from the Bundesliga, and he has a £13.2million release clause in his contract.
Kabak is highly-rated and was linked with a move to England before Stuttgart secured his services in January.
And the Express say the three Premier League sides will rekindle their interest now Kabak is back on the market.

Speaking of Eriksen, the midfielder's agent has confirmed three bids were prepared for him – LAST summer.
Martin Schoots told the Standard that three teams, including two in the Premier League, tried to sign Eriksen this time last year – but Spurs were having none of it.
Schoots said: “Last season there were three clubs, two English and one foreign, interested in paying a huge amount to Spurs.
“For the club it was then a no-go area and for Christian not a must-have.”
The situation is different this time around, however.
“I have the impression we are in a new situation now,” Schoots added.
Daniel Levy, the Tottenham chairman, is reportedly 'annoyed' at Christian Eriksen for admitting his desire to leave Spurs this summer.
The Denmark international said he is ready to take the next step in his career amid interest from Real Madrid, though he waited until after the end of the season to do so.
And The Sun claim Levy is angered by Eriksen's decision to wait until he was out of Tottenham’s jurisdiction to announce his exit wish.
It is further stated in the report that Spurs will ask for £80million for Eriksen this summer.
Tottenham have reportedly set their sights on Leeds United teenager Jack Clarke.
Spurs are willing to pay around £20million for the winger, according to The Independent.
Clarke caught the eye with the Championship club last season and face a battle to keep hold of one of their brightest prospects.
Fenerbache have reportedly been offered the chance to re-sign Vincent Janssen from Tottenham.
The striker spent the 2017/18 season on loan with the Turkish club where he scored five goals in 18 appearances.
According to Sabah, Fenerbache have been give the chance to bring him back as Spurs look to offload him in the summer.
