Frank Lampard went nuts after Derby’s triumph over Leeds United at Elland Road
He will face Aston Villa at Wembley on Monday, with commentary live on talkSPORT, with a place in the Premier League up for grabs.
Speculation has surrounded current Blues manager Maurizio Sarri with some linking him to the vacant Juventus job.
Lampard addressed those rumours in an interview with talkSPORT ahead of the play-off final.

Maurizio Sarri has been linked with the Juventus job
“I’m not an idiot,” he told talkSPORT’s Ian Abrahams.
“I know the rumours and they were there earlier on in the season. The first thing I will say is that Maurizio Sarri is their manager, so from my point of view I should not be saying too much anyway.
“We have a huge game on Monday and the way this club has welcomed me and the opportunity it has given me, and I’ve got two years on my contract, my focus can only be on this game.
